Easthampstead is a southern suburb of Bracknell, but there is no Westhampstead. It is a charming area, complete with a fine old church and school, and of course plenty of local amenities including a surgery on the corner of Rectory Lane and The Green. The manor house at Easthampstead Park used to be frequented by the Royal Family. It now boasts a fine conference centre used by local businesses and visitors.

It houses Bracknell Sports and Leisure Centre which brings many visitors from miles around. Visitors also travel to visit the evidence of Bronze Age on top of Bill Hill, in the forum of a large round barrow.
